Sully’s Arms, LLC – Limited Lifetime Warranty and Repair Statement

Limited lifetime warranty and repairs for suppressors from Sully’s Arms, LLC are available for manufacturer’s defects only. Prior to shipment, each suppressor is thoroughly inspected to strict tolerances. Extra care should be taken upon initial use to ensure proper threading of the unit. Any damage caused by the operator can be repaired for a reasonable fee. Determination to repair or replace the suppressor is made solely at the discretion of Sully’s Arms, LLC and only after Sully’s Arms, LLC has examined and determined the cause of damage is due to manufacturer defect.

This warranty and repair statement applies only to the original purchaser of the suppressor. A valid copy of the original invoice must be supplied at time of service. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs and insurance to return the suppressor to Sully’s Arms, LLC for inspection or repair.

Sully’s Arms, LLC will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries to the purchaser, or any other party, for loss, theft, damage, injury, or expense of any kind whether caused directly or indirectly by the suppressor or the failure to properly use the equipment.

This warranty does not apply to:

Acts of God
-
Intentional damage
-
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or dropping

Damage caused while in the commission of a crime

Any suppressor not used in accordance with its intended purpose

Suppressors which have been altered, modified, or have been subject to any unauthorized repair
-
Suppressors not used in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and directions
-
Damages in which the repair value exceeds the value of the product
-
Normal “wear and tear” of the product including exterior finishes
-
Damage due to misalignment
-
Use of incorrect ammunition

Sully’s Arms, LLC reserves the right to change or otherwise modify the aforementioned limited lifetime warranty and repair statement at any time.
